Solway Foods was founded in 1988, and is today one
of the UK’s leading manufacturers of fresh salads and sandwiches with an annual turnover in excess of £130 million. Continuous investment in it’s people
and the latest technology and state of the art machinery, has ensured that the company retains its market leading formula of supplying exciting and
innovative quality products with an excellent service level.
We have worked very closely with AGM since they started in January 2004, relying on them for very short notice deliveries to all of customers. When AGM started they were a very small business with only 1 van and 1 driver.
What this meant is that the service they provided was a very personal and a professional one; always ensuring our needs were met. And, if for any reason were unable to help, would source another company to provide the service that we required.
As they have grown over the last 4 years, they have not lost the personal and professional service, and with the recent additions to their fleet, they have now, in my opinion, become the best in the Midlands.
If I require anything collected and/or delivered from 1 case to a number of pallets, I now only have 1 number to hand - AGM's.
