We have used AGM on numerous occasions for a variety of different jobs, and to date they have never let us down. We require a great deal offlexibility with our work, and AGM are able to provide this, along with consistent and reliable information on collection and delivery times. Communication to our customers is also vital, and AGM are able to contact our customers directly, providing them with up to date ETA's.
They are able to respond at very short notice to our requests, and also inform us when they have vehicles with capacity in our area. This gives us options to run product with them at a highly competitive rate on a 'backload' basis. Their invoicing is very prompt and accurate, and I find their rates competitive for the high level of service they offer.
The appearance and attitude ofthe AGM drivers is very professional, and the vehicles are always clean and well presented. We have never had any problems with the return of POD's or paperwork lost on route.
